Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promoter is the Pukekohe Business Association (PBA) located at 217 King Street, Pukekohe.
  2. The promotional period is from 12pm Thursday 1st February to 12pm Monday 12th February, 2024.
  3. To enter the competition, you must like and comment on the post.
  4. Two winners will be chosen at random after the competition closes. The winner will be notified the same day.
  5. If the winner cannot be contacted in 2 working days PBA reserves the right to redraw the prize. 
  6. The promoter's decision as to the winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered in relation to the conduct of the promotion or otherwise. 
  7. Winners must be able to collect their prize from PBA office by 4:30pm Friday, 16th February 2024. We will not send prizes via post. 
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if necessary. 
  9. By entering the competition, you agree to have your photo taken for promotional collateral if you are a winner. 
  10. Entrance into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of the rules and conditions.
