Father's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

Win one of four $50 vouchers for Dad or another special someone in your life!

To enter to win the giveaway, you must:

1. Follow the Pukekohe Business Association page (@pukekoheba)

2. Mention the business you'd like to receive a voucher from in the comments on the post (Facebook and Instagram)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promoter is the Pukekohe Business Association (PBA) located at 217 King Street, Pukekohe.
  2. The promotional period is 9 am Monday 21st August, to 4 pm Thursday 31st August, 2023. 
  3. To enter the competition, you must like the page and mention a business in the comments section.
  4. A winner from Facebook and Instagram will be chosen at random on Thursday 31st of August and notified immediately.
  5. If the winner cannot be contacted in 2 working days PBA reserves the right to redraw the prize. 
  6. The Promoters decision as to the winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered in relation to the conduct of the promotion or otherwise. 
  7. Winners must be able to collect their prize from PBA office by 5pm Friday, 8th September 2023. We will not send prizes via post. 
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if necessary. 
  9. By entering the competition, you agree to have your photo taken for promotional collateral if you are a winner. 
  10. Entrance into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of the rules and conditions.
