The PBA is managed by a team of three local and passionate individuals. Manager, Shawna Coleman, Promotions Co-Ordinator, Chenay Douglas and Administration Co-Ordinator Kate Morgan.

It is governed by a volunteer executive committee of local business owners who are passionate about business in Pukekohe. Each committee member represents the diversity of Pukekohe businesses, from trades to professional services to retail, industrial and hospitality.

The committee meets once a month, currently on a Tuesday evening. Meetings generally take one hour and cover governance, reporting, decision making and planned activities.

The President holds a short committee meeting that focuses only on governance issues, after which the formal committee meeting begins at 5.30 pm.
