We advocate for, support, & promote local businesses

The PBA is managed by a team of four local and passionate individuals. Manager, Shawna Coleman, Marketing & Communications Co-Ordinator, Brooke Druyven, Operations Assistant, Alexandra Hind and Events & Promotions Co-Ordinator, Chenay Douglas.

It is governed by a volunteer executive committee of local business owners passionate about business in Pukekohe. Each committee member represents the diversity of Pukekohe businesses, from trades to professional services, Hospitality to retail, Health and Beauty to industrial.

Committee

The committee meets once a month, currently on a Tuesday evening. Meetings generally take one hour and cover governance, reporting, decision making and planned activities.

The President holds a short committee meeting that focuses only on governance issues, after which the formal committee meeting begins at 5.30 pm.
