Mother's Day Giveaway T's & C's

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promoter is the Pukekohe Business Association (PBA) located at 217 King Street, Pukekohe.
  2. The promotional period is 9AM Friday, 1st May to 12PM Friday, 8th May, 2026. 
  3. The prize consists of one (1) of two (2) $100 vouchers to a Pukekohe business of your choice.
  4. To enter the competition, you must follow our Facebook or Instagram page, and tag the person & Pukekohe business you would like to gift a voucher from.
  5. Winners will be chosen at random, and notified by 4:30pm, Friday, 8th April.
  6. If a winner cannot be contacted PBA reserves the right to redraw the prize. 
  7. The Promoter's decision as to the winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered in relation to the conduct of the promotion or otherwise. 
  8. The winners will either have their voucher emailed to them or picked up from 217 King Street, Pukekohe.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if necessary. 
  10. Entrance into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of the rules and conditions.
