This award recognises a business that demonstrates outstanding customer and market insight and how the business’ marketing optimises performance and profitability and increases customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
Here are some basic examples of marketing in business:
- Advertising: Promoting products or services through various channels such as television, radio, print, or digital media is a common form of marketing.
- Social media marketing: Leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn to engage with customers and promote products or services is a growing form of marketing.
- Content marketing: Creating and sharing valuable, informative content such as blog posts, videos, or infographics can help attract and retain customers.
- Email marketing: Sending targeted, personalized emails to customers can help businesses build relationships and promote products or services.
- Influencer marketing: Partnering with social media influencers or celebrities to promote products or services can help businesses reach new audiences and build brand awareness.
By understanding their target audience and leveraging various marketing channels, businesses can build brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales.
