Proudly Presents the outrageous musical THE PRODUCERS.
This production features a gifted and enthusiastic cast of six leads accompanied by a company of 19, more than 200 costumes, a production team of more than 40, as well as a professional orchestra. This is a comedy / musical like no other - Mary Gray the Director, indicates the show contains adult themes! It features two theatrical producers who scheme to get rich by overselling interest in a Broadway flop. Complications arise however when the show turns out to be a hit.

This is a night that's planned to be full of amazement, fun, and mayhem as Dave Upfold will use his unique brand of humour to deliver a show like no other.
Dave has been involved in the Entertainment business as a motivational speaker, compere, and for the past 14 years as a magician and hypnotist.
Leave your serious hat at the office and get your work mates together, have a christmas catch up with friends, or group outing, and support this Fundraiser for Breast Cancer. The evening will commence with an auction with items ranging in value from $25 to $2500 - thanks to local sponsorship.

Christmas on Bledisloe
Christmas On Bledisloe
An event modelled on Auckland's Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, to be held in our own Bledisloe Park, Pukekohe. MC Lynne McCutcheon.

Artists: Joe Cotton's band The Mermaids, Galley Slaves, Dennis Marsh, Courtney Janssen. Groups - Pukekohe Youth Choir, Tuakau Apostolic Beat Box Gospel, Nicky's School of Dance, and Franklin's up and coming 13 year old singing star Caitlin Turner will also entertain the crowd.

This is a free event encouraging family's and friends to converge on the Park with your picnic basket, lay a blanket and wait for the show to begin. Look out for some Counties Steelers players who will be wandering through the crowd to extract you of a Gold coin donation towards the Franklin Silver Lining Trust. A trust set up to help out family's in need of a break from diversity, or caring for someone ill.
In the event that this event is cancelled there is no postponement date.

Kids in Cars 2009
Kids in Cars - 2009 Camp Quality family track day.
For the past four years Kids In Cars has organised a track - family fun day at Pukekohe Park Raceway for Camp Quality. Camp Quality is a non-profit organisation that cares for children aged between 5-16 living with cancer. There will be a truck convoy - last year there were 309 big rigs track side - a spectacular sight to see them rolling down the southern motorway.
To break the Guiness world record for the biggest convoy of trucks - 417 trucks will be needed. We need your help to break this record !!

As part of the family day out, there will be a variety of fun track side rides, with the highlight being rides in cars and trucks around the track. Celebrity race car drivers on site ....... many more attractions.

Historic Racing Club Inc - Tasman Grand Prix Meeting
Tasman Grand Prix Meeting
This is the first of 3 meetings for F5000 cars recreating the glory days of the Tasman Series. This is a two day meeting. There are several invited groups attending this meet. There are F5000 cars coming from Australia, USA and England.
Practice and some racing Saturday 26 January. Racing starts 10.30am Sunday 27 January.
Location: Pukekohe Park Raceway, Manukau Road, Pukekohe. To get to Pukekohe, follow the Southern Motorway to the top of the Bombay Hills. Take the Pukekohe turnoff - turning right. When you get to Pukekohe turn left at the roundabout - Manukau Road, continue straight ahead to the track.
Cost: Adults $25, children under 12 free. Free car parking, free grandstand and free entry to the pits.

Preliminary notice that the annual general meeting of the P76 Car Club will be based in Pukekohe for the weekend 12, 13, 14 March 2009.
Itinerary: Get-together / welcome on Friday night, a tour of the local area on Saturday followed by a formal meeting and a meal.

Franklin Sports and Cultural Festival
In conjunction with Counties Manukau Sports and the Counties Manukau Ethnic Council, the 2009 Festival will once again be held at Bledisloe Park, Pukekohe.
Inter-school sports competition will begin at 9.30am - 12pm. Kabbidi-Indian wrestling and Kilikitti were played in 2008, with the programme being similar for 2009.
Cultural entertainers are planned from 12.30 - 3pm, and a variety of foods will be for sale - Asian, European and Pacific flare.
The children's fun will be taken care of all day with bouncy castles, face paiting etc.
