School Truancy

I have made this my first priority to speed up the set up of the CCTV system. The other problem I am investing resources into is the problem with the youths in the town area. This will be monitored by a heavy Police presence at the finishing times of the schools. So you will see me walking around the CBD and harassing the youths to get to school.
